Podcast: The Happiness Project

Dalam TBD hari ini kita akan bahas tentang The Happiness Prohect yang juga telah saya rangkum dalam Podcast saya @ Soundcloud seperti url link berikut:

What is happiness?

Aristotle said:

“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence”

Epicurus said:

“We must exercise ourselves in the things which bring happiness, since, if that be present, we have everything, and, if that be absent, all our actions are directed toward attaining it”

Menurut Gretchen Rubin dalam bukunya yang berjudul The Happiness Project:

The Happiness Project is an approach to changing your life”.

It consists of:

1.The preparation stage, when you identify what brings you joy, satisfaction, and engagement, and also what brings you guilt, anger, boredom, and remorse

2.The making of resolutions, when you identify the concrete actions that will boost your happiness

3.The keeping of your resolutions

Twelve Commandments of The Happiness Project:

1.Be Yourself.

2.Let it go.

3.Act the way I want to feel.

4.Do it now.

5.Be polite and be fair.

6.Enjoy the process.

7.Spend out.

8.Identify the problem.

9.Lighten up.

10.Do what ought to be done.

11.No calculation.

12.There is only love.

Bagaimana happiness affect kehidupan kita?
